- Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.

- Refund Process: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
